Let me introduce myself.
My name is Jeroen Vermeulen, 27 years old. I'm living in Poederlee, a quiet and rural village in the north of Belgium.

I liked the idea to share some of the things that interest me with others, and that's one of the reasons why I made this website.

When I have some spare time I enjoy taking nature photos; it's in my opinion a fascinating and a versatile hobby.

Since I bought a camouflaged hide, I often try to capture birds down the waterside - not an easy job, though!

Once a year, I spend a few weeks to go on vacation abroad.

In 2006, I went on vacation to Abisko, Lapland.
It was great; I had never been above the polar circle, and nature was just stunning!

In 2007 I went on vacation on the Lofoten islands in Norway. Of course, I made some photos (less then I had hoped for, though). You can see them here
